Ingredients
3 to 4 cups washed baby spinach leaves1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion3-4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese1/4 cup slivered almonds or chopped macadamia nuts1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
Directions
- Divide the spinach leaves between 3 salad plates.

- Lay the thinly sliced red onion over the spinach

- Sprinkle on the cheese, nuts and bacon crumbles.

- Spoon on your choice of low carb salad dressing (creamier ones like Ranch work best for low carb).
