Delicious Fat Free Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
1.25 cups plain non fat yogurt.25 cup spicy mustard2 tsp prepared horseradish1 tbsp sweet (Spanish) paprika1-2 tsp of creole/Cajun seasoning1 large or 2 small minced garlic cloves1 tsp dill pickle juice (can substitute lemon juice)1 tsp hot sauce (I prefer Louisiana) Combine all ingredient in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Let chill in refrigerator for a couple hours (to allow the flavors to combine). Serve with whatever you like. ***This is a variation of a full fat recipe I found years ago somewhere. I do not pretend that this is an original recipe on my part.
