French onioin soup

Ingredients
2 cups raw onions1oz sherry4 cups of beef broth1tsp Worcestershire sauce2tbs of olive oil
Directions
Sautee the cut raw onions for 15 mins in 2 tbs of olive oil or until translucent. Add sherry and cook on low heat for another 15 mins. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 30 mins on low heat.
