Ingredients
Basic Beef Stew, Stew meat Lean 1 lbone can no salt tomato sauce3 potatoes3 large carrots3 Large celery stalkshalf yellow onionspices to taste 2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
Directions
saute onion and beef, add celery carrots and tomato sauce. cook for 15 min then add broth and potatoes. cook aprox 1.5 hours.
