Chicken pineapple curry

Ingredients
8 ounce chicken breast (2 small cut into cubes)2 cups peppers (I use a variety orange, red, green)1 cup onion (Spanish or sweet)1.5 tbs of Thai red curry paste1 can of coconut milk8 oz coconut water (or more/less) for desired consistency
Directions
Combine ingredients in crockpot - set on medium for 4 hours

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings - serve plain, over rice or noodles
