PB2 Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup PB21 cup all purpose flour1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking soda1 cup brown sugar (packed)1/2 cup granulated sugar1 cup softened butter1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 eggs1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
Directions
Combine PB2, flour, salt and baking soda in medium bowl.

Mix brown sugar, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs and beat until everything is combined well.

Add dry ingredients and stir. (You may have to add a little extra PB2 if you need a thicker dough.)

Use cookie scoop (or your hands) to place dough on parchment paper on cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 11 minutes. (Or anywhere between 8-12 minutes. Our cookies were big.)

Cool on wire rack (if you’re patient enough).
