Scrambled Rice Bowl

Ingredients
1 c Brown Rice, cooked2 Eggs1/4 c Spinach, chopped1/2 small onionSmall sprinkle of Shredded CheeseOlive OilSalt & Pepper
Directions
Drizzle a little olive oil in skillet and lightly saute onions & spinach. Add eggs. When eggs are done and cooked brown rice. cook until warm and sprinkle with desired amount of cheese. (I just use a tiny amount for taste. Salt and pepper as desired).
