Easy German Pork Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless pork shoulder or butt cut into 3/4 " cubes1 lb diced potatoes (with skin)1 small red onion cut into pieces2 12 oz jars mushroom gravy1.5 cups apple juice2 tsp caraway seeds2 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions
Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, lightly brown pork, drain off fat. In 3 or 4 qt slow cooker, combine pork, potatoes, onion, garlic, gravy, apple juice, and caraway seeds. Cover; cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
