Wintertime tuna salad (from Clean Eating)

Ingredients
3 c spinach1/4 c pomegranate seeds3 oz tuna (I use wild caught white albacore)1/4 c carrots, chopped1/4 c broccoli, chopped1/4 avocado, chopped2 tbsp goat cheeseDressing:2 tbsp vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)1 tsp Dijon mustard1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. In small bowl, combine ingredients for dressing. Add to salad.

Serving Size: Makes one salad.
