Ingredients
1.5 cups dark brown sugar1 cup heavy whipping cream1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter1 tbsp freshly made espresso1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Melt butter, then lower heat and drizzle in heavy whipping cream. Stir in the brown sugar, espresso, vanilla, and vinegar. Cook over low heat until all brown sugar is melted completely. Remove from heat and cool.
