Turkey Sausage/Pork Vegetable Soup

1 Bag 2.25oz Baby Carrots sliced2 Stalks Celery sliced1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage1 Medium Portabello Cap diced1 Medium Yellow onion diced4 Turkey Sausage browned and sliced8 oz cooked Pork shredded4 cups water4 cups chicken stock2 Tbsp Olive Oil4 tsp Italian Seasoning
Heat olive oil in large Pot, cook onions, celery, carrots over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add mushroom, and cabbage, cook for a couple minutes. Add water and Chicken stock. Brown sausage, slice and add to pot. Shred Cooked pork and add to pot. Add Italian Seasoning. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes to an hour.
