FG Brown Rice/Buttermilk Waffles

Rice flour, brown, 2 cup Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp unpacked baking powder, low-sodium, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tspButtermilk, 1-1/2 cups2 large eggs, separatedVanilla Extract, 1 tsp 2 tbsp melted butter
Using electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In large bowl, combine rice flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
In smaller bowl, combine buttermilk, egg yolks, vanilla and melted butter.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined (batter should be somewhat lumpy).
Fold in egg whites carefully until mixture is just combined.
Cook in preheated waffle iron about 5 minutes each.
Serving Size: Makes 12 waffles
