Pear and Fig Smoothie

Ingredients
2 figs, cut in half and soaked overnight in 1/2 c water1 Tablespoon raw cashews, soaked overnight in water1/2 - 1 frozen banana1 cup spinach, fresh1 cup almond milk, unsweetened1 fresh pear, or two pear halves canned in juice only
Directions
Cut up figs and put in small dish with 1/2 c. water - soak 8 hours or overnight. Put 1 Tablespoon of raw cashews in a small dish of water 8 hours or overnight.

In the morning, drain the cashews and add to a blender or food processor. Add the figs AND their water. Add the almond milk, spinach, pear, and frozen banana.

Blend on high for 3-4 minutes to pulverize the nuts and spinach. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
