Ingredients
1/2 CUP Chickpeas (use lower sodium if possible)1/2 BAG (6 oz) Steam-able Broccoli Florets1/2 CUP Cooked Wild Rice (Lundberg's)1/2 TBSP Rice Vinegar 1/4 TSP Black Pepper1/5 TBSP Olive OilSeasonings to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and microwave on 70% power for 2 minutes.
Alternately, can heat in small pot on stove for 3-4 minutes on medium heat or until heated through.
