Baked corn grits and cheese

Ingredients
2 c. water1 c. uncooked corn grits1/2 c. evaporated milk2 T. fat (butter)1.5 c. cut-up cheese3/4 t. salt2 eggs
Directions
Heat water to boiling. Slowly stir in corn grits. Cook and stir 1 or 2 min. till thick. Stir milk, fat, most of cheese, and salt into grits.
Beat eggs and pour into grits.
Sprinkle rest of cheese on top of grits.
Bake at 375 degrees about 35 min.
