3/4 CUP (dry) Wild Rice (Lundberg)1-1/2 CUPS Water15 oz Frozen, Shelled Edamame (3 Seapoint Farms Steamable Packs)6 TBSP Hummus (Sabra)
Directions
Cook WILD RICE in WATER according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook EDAMAME according to package directions.
Divide rice among 6 snack size containerss. Top with 2.5 oz edamame and 1 TBSP HUMMUS per container.
