3 Chicken Breasts1 Shallot1 Pkg of Sliced Mushrooms1 cup Mozzarella Cheese2 pat of butter
Directions
Sautee Shallots and mushrooms in butter, add Chicken cook until juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese and cover until melted.

    I thought for sure that this would be great however, my husband and I agreed that it wasn't as good as it looked. - 6/27/08

    I salted and peppered the chicken, added it to pan and browned it(after browning shallots and mushroons). Topped the chicken with the mushrooms and shallots Covered everything with the cheese. Baked uncovered in 350 for about 1/2 hour or until chicken was done. It was wonderful. - 5/2/08
