Cranberry Relish

Ingredients
12 ou cranberries,whole 11 ou simply orange juice 1 navel orange 2 medium apples .25 c granulated sugar .25 c brown sugar seasonal spices
Directions
cut up apples into small bits. bring to a boil with the oj in a medium saucepan. Add sugars. after a few min of boiling drop in cranberries. they will make poping noises as they cook, this is normal. Cut up orange and add to boilng mixture. add spices as you cook. this will turn out to be tangy or sweet depending on what type of apples you use and the amount of sugar you use.
