2 C Water2 C Turkey Stock1 C Whole Wheat elbows3/4 C each of Green, Red, Yellow bell peppers3/4 C Carrots3/4 C CeleryOnion flakesBasel, Oregano, cuminand add what ever veggies are aging in the Fridge!
Combine stock and water, bring to boil and throw in veggies and spices for 10 minutes and add pasta.
