Parsnips, 900 grams (2lbs)Apples, fresh with skin, 635 grams (1.4lbs)1 Cup Vegetable BrothMilk, 2%, 1 Cup
Directions
Cook parsnips and apples in the vegetable broth together.
Blend.
Add milk to desired consistency = approx 1 cup milk.
Season as needed.
