Veggie Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1TBSP Olive oil1 bell pepper1lb can pinto or black beans, drained & rinsed1/4 c wheat germ1 c tomato sauce1 TBSP soy sauce1tsp honey1tsp chili powder1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp basil6 whole wheat rolls
Directions
saute bell pepper in oil
add all ingredients except rolls. Mash beans simmer over medium heat 5-7 min. Serve on rolls
