Turkey Bacon & Black Beans Side Dish

Ingredients
Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 8 serving Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce - La Costena, .75 ozLime Juice, .5 lime yields Black Beans - canned - 2 cans (about 15.5 oz each can)Garlic, 2 clove Chili powder, 1 tsp Cumin .5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Water, .5 cup Stevia in the Raw, .5 serving
Directions
Cook turkey bacon (sliced into bite size pieces or smaller) and chipotle peppers in adobo until bacon is cooked through & juices collect in pot. Add black beans, spices, and garlic. Cook on medium for a few minutes. It will look dry. Add water and cook on low for 15-20 minutes. Add lime juice and stir well. Take off of heat and let set with lid on for 5 minutes or longer to let flavors combine. Stir again & serve.
