3/4 head of cauliflower, chopped6 chicken breast3 Tbsp chicken boullion3 Tbsp honey1.5 cup Franks red hots sauce1.5 tsp black pepper1.5 Tbsp garlic powder1 Tbsp onion powder1 can coconut milk1 cup milk
Directions
dice boneless skinless chicken breast, mix all ingredients and cook in crockpot for 2 hours or more
