Ingredients1 cup white rice1 12-oz jar fresh salsa, mild or hot1 tblsp vegetable oil1 cup fresh or canned corn kernels1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp saltpepper1 1/4 cups waterfresh cilantro, minced (if you like it)

Add all ingredients, except cilantro, to the inner pot. Stir together and set to White Rice. When rice cooker switches to Keep-Warm, open the cooker, stir and re-close the lid. Let stand for 8-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
