Chicken and Rice (Gluten Free)

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs2 cups white rice4 cups of water4 teaspoons of chicken boulionmushrooms fresh or canned1.5 cups of heavey whipping cream
Directions
Grease the pan and lay down an even layer of rice.
lay the chicken and mushrooms on top of that. mix the water and the bullion and poor over the meat/mushrooms. Drizzle the cream over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hour. Uncover the last 1/2 hour to brown the chicken.
