veal patties in parsley sauce

Ingredients
in food processer combine half the milk with bread and process for about 30 sec. let stand for 5 min. In small skillet heat 1/2 the marg, add 1/4 cup onion and saute. Add onion and 1/4 parsley, veal, egg, salt and spices (pepper, nutmeg, allspice salt) process until smooth. refrigerate. 1 tbsp. marg in pan, brown 4 patties. Add chicken broth (1.5 cup) and simmer 15 min. Mix flour ( 2 tsp) with 1 cup evaporated skim milk. Remove patties, add milk to pan and cook until thick. Add parsley and patties and warm through.
