Sweet Potato Chili Fries

Ingredients
5 medium sweet potatoes - skin on, cut with a "swizzle cutter" into the size of steak friessalt to taste (about 1 tsp or less)chili powder to taste (2 tsp or less)Pam cooking spray
Directions
Spray a large baking sheet with Pam.
Spread potatoes in layer on baking sheet.
Spray top of potatoes with pam.
season with chili powder and salt.
Bake at 400 for an hour. Open oven and shake pan once in the middle to even out cooking.
