Home Made Lentils (Slow cooker)

2 bags (454 grams) Dry Lentils1 QT (4 cups) Organic Vegetable Stock1/4 cup minced garlic2 cups minced onions3/4 cups fresh green bell peppers3/4 cups fresh red bell peppers3/4 cups fresh yellow peepers1/4 cup soybean iol4 cups water2 tbps Coriander leaf dried (Cilantro)
1. Wash lentils.
2. In a big bowl cover with water and let soack for 1-2 hours.
3. Remove soaking water and wash again.
4. Place in slow cooker. Turn on high.
5. Add vegetable stock and water.
6. Sautee garlic and peppers until slightly brown.
7. Add tomatoes, let simmer until tomatoes lose their color.
8. Pour mixture into lentils.
9. Let cook for 6-8 hours.
