Steel Cut Oats, dry, 2.0 cups Milk - Skim (Non Fat), 3 cups Medium Apples - 2 Agave nectar syrup, 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Water, 5 cups Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
1) Spray sides and bottom of crockpot with non-stick spray coating.
2) Combine all ingredients in the crockpot and stir gently.
3) Cover and turn on Low setting, preferably late at night.
4) Will be ready to eat in the morning!
