Crock Pot Hummus Chicken

Ingredients
Skinless, boneless organic chicken breast - 2Red onion - rawfresh asparagus spearsCedar's artichoke spinach hummusred bell pepperCan red kidney beans - or white beansGarlic & herb Mrs. Dash seasoning
Directions
Add onion, bell pepper, chicken, hummus and mrs. dash. Cook about an hour and a half. Add asparagus. Cook another hour and a half. Add can drained rinsed beans, cook another half hour. Add fresh spinach and turn off power, let sit for another half hour. Cooked on low for a total of about 4 hours.
