Easy Oatmeal Yeast Bread

Ingredients
In a large bowl mix the yeast with warm water. Add honey, salt and oil. Stir well. Mix with a hand mixer for two minutes, or stir by hand, or use a bread hook.In a food processor blend 1 cup of the oatmeal into oat flour. Add that to the mixture and 1/2 to 3/4ths cup of oatmeal.Let rise 45 minutes. Separate into two loaf pans. Bake about 45 minutes until it sounds hollow when you tap the top. Each loaf should make ten slices. I am going to try this again with more oat flour and less white flour.
