Ingredients
3 red ripe tomatoes chopped and/or diced. 3 fresh medium size tomatillos diced. 1/8 cup of lime juice squeezed from fresh limes.2 ripe avocados diced.2 diced poblano peppers diced. 3 jalapeno peppers dice fine.1 red or white onion medium size diced.approximately 1 cup of tomatillo salsa.2 tablespoons of dark chili powder.1 teaspoon of cumin. 1 clove of diced garlic.1 cup of diced cilantro(fresh).1 can of diced green chilies. salt and pepper to taste
Directions
mix all the ingredients and stir until completely blended.chill in the fridge or serve it room temperature. Store in the fridge sealed. will store for one week to 10 days

Serving Size: store in canning jars in the fridge or a sealed storage container makes 10 cups
