Slowcooker Swiss steak and veggies with sauce

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 16 oz pkg of baby carrots2 (14.5 oz) cans no salt added stewed tomatoes2 celery stalks sliced1 16oz bag of frozen bell pepper and onion1 tsp marjoram2 bay leaves1 tsp paprika1 tablespoon Thyme2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp black pepper (course ground)3 low sodium beef bullion cubes1/2 cup white flourdash of salt3 lbs of thin sliced bottom round (beef)
Directions
put olive oil in bottom of crockpot with a dash of salt

in a freezer bag put in flour half of the pepper half of the garlic and shake well then add meat singley until each piece of meat is covered completely with flour mixture. (save this bag and rest of flour we will use it later)
add meat to bottom of the crock pot.

now add stewed tomatoes (with juices) on top of meat
and then layer peppers and onions and celery and carrots on top

add remaining seasonings on top
now dissolve the 3 broth cubes in 2 cups of hot water
(i use a large mason jar ) then add 2 cups of cold water and remaining flour in the bag shake up well and pour over top.

put the lid on and cook on high for 5-6 hours
or low 8 hours
