Amazing Gluten free Fried Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken breast1 Egg1/4 cup Coconut OilBreading1/2 Cup Almond Flour1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tsp Garlic powder1/2 tsp Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt
Directions
-Cut chicken breasts in to thin pieces and season
-Mix breaking in gallon size zip lock
-Mix egg in bowl
-Heat coconut oil 2 Tbls at a time in skillet over medium heat.
-Dip chicken in egg and toss in bag until well coated with breading.
- place breaded chicken in hot pan and cook until pan side is golden brown and flip
- add more oil as needed a Tbls at time.
