Artichoke Hummus

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 16 oz can *Marinated Artichoke Heart, 1 cup (can be packed in water) Garlic, 2 clove Lemon juice, 2 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Water, tap, .5 fl oz *Sesame Tahini (sesame butter), 1 tbsp salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Chill and serve with fresh veggie sticks, such as jicama, celery, and carrots.
