Vegan Chocolate Custard sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp cornflour1 cup oat or soy milk1 serving egg substitute1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon cocoafew drops vanilla essencecinnamon, nutmeg, mixed spice to taste
Directions
Blend cornflour with a little of the milk in a bowl and heat remaining milk in a saucepan until almost boiling. Pour milk over cornflour paste, stirring with a wooden spoon. Return to saucepan and heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 minute. Remove from heat, gradually whisk in 'egg', add sugar, cocoa, spices and vanilla and serve.
