Miller Slow Cook Chuck Roast

Ingredients
2lbs chuck roast3 medium carrots, peeled and quarted1 large sweet onion, large dice4 medium russet potatoes1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp meat tenderizer1/2 tsp parsley1/2 tsp basil1/2 tbsp black pepper1/2 can of light beer
Directions
Cut up veggies and add to slow cooker. Rub seasonings into meat and lay on bed of veggies. Add beer. Cook on low 8 hours.
