Oyster Sauce Low Fat Stir Fry

Ingredients
3/4 - 1 Cup of broth or soup broth (I used leftovers)6 mushrooms sliced or as many as you like1 med. bell pepper any color6 green onions sliced medium1/2 Small zucchini slice thin1/2 small yellow ie crookneck slice thin2 cloves of garlic sliced the way you like it2 T Oyster Sauce (or equivalent taste)1 Cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Cook rice according to directions or your preferred method
While the rice is cooking slice the vegetables fairly large toss into a non stick medium fry pan add the broth and the oyster sauce and simmer on Medium high until sauce thickens and reduces down (about 6-8 mins) serve with the rice on the side
