Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 cup Vegan chocolate chips or carob chips1 cup raw sugar1/2 cup Earth Balance buttery spread (you can use oil of choice) (I used 1/2 cup of Olive oil)1 tsp vanillaEner-G egg replacer for one egg (1 tbsp replacer with 3 tbsp of water)
Directions
I use a baking stone and I ALWAYS put it in the oven while preheating. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.. I mixed the dry first (Except chips) then add the wet, including the buttery spread. Your cookies will come out better using this over oil- don’t melt it, have it room temp but not melted. Just helps it hold together. If too dry, you can add water (Tbsp at a time) until consistency is right. Once mixed, fold in your chips. You can either make individual cookies or spread onto pizza stone like I did here. Cookies will take between 10-15 minutes. The pizza took a little longer, I just watch to see when turning golden.
