Trinidad Curry Chicken

Ingredients
Whole cut up chicken2 TBLS. Vegetable Oil3 TBLS. Curry Powder1 C. Water1 Onion Sliced1 TBLS. Culantro Chopped (or cilantro)2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
Directions
Season chicken with culantro garlic and onion. Mix curry powder and water. Heat oil in big iron pot, when oil is heated add curry water until it boils then add chicken and cook thoroughly.
