California Navel Orange - 3 medium oranges Cranberries, 1.5 cup, chopped *Sucanat, 0.25 cupKombucha homemade - 2 oz2 tsp. Cinnamon1/2 tsp. Salt
Combine coarsely chopped fruit, sucanat, cinnamon, salt, and kombucha. Stir well, and pack into a quart jar.
Ferment 3 days.
