Elbows in a Skillet

Ingredients
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked according to pkg. directions1.5 oz. bacon (1 slice)2 T. Butter2 T. half and half cream2 T. Parmesan cheese1 T. tomato paste.25 tsp. onion, I used 1.5 T. fresh onion
Directions
Boil macaroni according to package directions. In a skillet, add bacon and butter and melt; add chopped onion or onion powder. (I used fresh onion)
Add cream, parmesan and tomato paste to skillet and heat on low until the cheese. Add macaroni and season to taste with salt and pepper. Additional grated parmesan cheese may be added, if you desire.
