Breakfast Burrito in Bulk

Ingredients
1/4 c olive oil10 cups Pictsweet 3 pepper & Onion Blend10 egg whites10 whole eggs20 slices Jennie-O Turkey Bacon1 cup milkFlour tortillashredded cheese
Directions
Saute the pepper/onion blend and bacon in the olive oil. In a large bowl combine the whole egg and egg whites; add milk and beat. Add to pan. Once cooked roll about 1/2 cup of the mixture inside a flour tortilla, top with 14 g shredded cheese. Wrap in plastic wrap.
