Crock Pot Lentil Soup

Ingredients
16 oz. Bag of Dry Lentils (or 2 Cups), picked over2 Medium Carrots, Peeled and cut into coins2 Medium Ribs of Celery, cut into chunks (similar in thickness to carrots)1 Medium Onion, cut into chunks (same size as above)2 Cloves of Minced Garlic1/2 Tsp. Dried Thyme1/2 Tsp. Salt1/4 Tsp. Pepper6 Cups 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth2 Cups Water
Directions
Place ingredients in a crock pot in this order: carrots, celery, onion, garlic, lentils, thyme, salt, pepper, broth and water. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Enjoy!
