Ingredients
1 cup seeded chopped cucumber1 large carrot, gated0.5 cup bean sprouts0.25 cup chopped onion2 tbsp, toasted sesame seedssalt and pepper to taste0.5 cup hummus4 romaine lettuce leaves 4 garlic pesto tortillas
Directions
Preparation:
In large bowl, combine cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts, onion,sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Set aside. Spread 2 tbsp. of Hummus on wrap. Place 1 leaf of romaine lettuce on top then add 0.25 of the vegetable mixture. Roll and serve. Serves 4.
