Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond milk1/2 cup frozen mixed berries1 small banana1/2 cup mixed berries frozen2 tbs ground flax seed1 tbs rice protein powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and mix well. 1/2 cup ice can be added if wanted. This is very filling!
