Brocolli, Cauliflower and Blue Cheese Soup

Ingredients
Milk, 2%, 4 ozBlue Cheese, 2ozBrocolli raw, 2 cup Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup Red Onion Raw 2 cup
Directions
Cook brocolli, onion and cauliflour - steam or boil.
Par boil milk, thicken with cornflour.
Add crumbled blue cheese.
Drain vegetables. Add the cheese sauce. Blend together.
