Chicken Souvlaki

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw, 8 oz (2 chicken breasts)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 3 tsp Garlic, 3 clove Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp Yoghurt, plain, whole milk, .5 cup Mint Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop chicken into 1 inch chunks
Mix together oil, lemon, crushed garlic, oregano.
Add chicken and allow to marinate for as long as you can manage.
Skewer and cook on 375 for 15-20 mins or grill for a crispier texture.
Mix yoghurt and mint sauce together ( to make a simple Tzatziki) and serve as garnish for chicken.

Serve with Greek Salad and oregano potatoes or rice.
