Spring rolls- veggie filling calories

Ingredients
1/4 head green cabbage3.5 g cucumber168 g green bell pepper42 g carrots
Directions
Shred all veggies. A food processor makes this step easier.
Cook ground chicken (or tofu) if using. Allow to cool.
Soften spring roll wraps under warm running water for about 20 seconds. Allow to rest on your area. Fill with 2 tbs veggies and 2 tbs chicken or tofu mix.
