Best Ever Chili

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil1 large clove garlic, minced1.5 lbs lean ground beefsalt and pepper to tasteCHILI SEASONING: mix the next 8 ingredients together - 1 Tbsp salt - 1 tsp. cumin - 1 tsp chili powder - 0.5 tsp. chipotle pepper powder - 0.5 tsp onion salt - 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes - 0.25 tsp garlic powder - 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper1 onion, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped28 oz can chopped tomatoes2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped15 oz. can black beans, drained15 oz. can pinto beans, drained15 oz. can kidney beans, drained15 oz. can creamed corn or 2 8oz cans6 oz. can tomato paste
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large pot. Saute garlic for one/two minutes. Add ground beef to pot. Break it up and add the chili seasoning mix as it is browning.
Add rest of ingredients and stir.Cook on medium-low heat for at least one hour, stirring occasionally.
